We are a family-owned support service based in Perth, committed to delivering heartfelt, high-quality assistance to people living with disability and older members of our community. CareWiz was born out of lived experience. After supporting our own family and friends through various stages of care, we saw first-hand how important it is to have support workers who truly listen, show up consistently, and treat each client with dignity and kindness.

That’s why we built CareWiz, to provide the kind of care we’d want for our own loved ones.

Household Assistance & Yard Work

Comprehensive support to keep your home clean, organized, and running smoothly. From everyday tasks like tidying, laundry, and dishwashing to outdoor help such as mowing, weeding, or general yard maintenance, we’re here to lighten the load and create a comfortable, stress-free living environment.

Community Participation

Meaningful and enjoyable activities that encourage social connection, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Whether it’s attending local events, joining hobby groups, exploring new interests, or simply enjoying time out in the community, we support individuals in living active, fulfilling lives with genuine inclusion and joy.

At CareWiz, we believe managing your NDIS funding should be simple, transparent, and empowering. That’s why we’re excited to soon offer Plan Management services to help you take control of your plan—without the stress of paperwork.

We’re currently awaiting official NDIS registration, but once approved, our Plan Management team will be here to:

Process invoices quickly and accurately
Track your budget and provide easy-to-read statements
Help you make the most of your funds
Support you to work with any provider – registered or not

We're currently working toward full NDIS registration. Once approved, we’ll proudly offer Plan Management services, giving participants more choice and control over how their funding is used—without the admin burden.
